A survey is a site visit of roughly one hour for a single storefront. We measure the wall, photograph the substrate, note sight lines and record the reach of the staff who will change the prices. For multi-site programs we schedule surveys in clusters so a single trip can cover several locations. You receive a field record and a measured base drawing within a few business days of the visit.
Yes. We regularly survey an existing rack and either restore it with new felt, tracks and tiles or plan a phased replacement that keeps the sign in service during the work. If the original groove pitch is sound we reuse it and match new tiles to the old geometry. If the geometry is inconsistent we document the variance and propose a layout that resolves it without a full teardown.
Refresh contracts are priced per store with a route allowance that reflects travel distance between locations. Grouping stores geographically lowers the per-visit cost, so operators with clustered sites see the best value. Each visit includes track inspection, felt replacement where needed, glyph restocking against the letter plan and a written report. Callout allowances for damage can be added to the contract so a storm or a mount issue is covered without a separate negotiation.
